The organizational readiness for implementation will therefore be assessed in stage one (Fritz & Wilson, 2019). During stage 2, various facilitators and barriers to the change process are identified. This will help to eliminate the barriers and enhance facilitators to increase the chances of success. EBP mentors are key in any change initiative. Therefore they will also be consulted on a need-to-need basis and also help drive the change in the desired direction. During the implementation phase, the mindfulness-based intervention or techniques will be implemented and used to see the impact. Eventually, the project will be evaluated based on the results obtained to find out the efficacy of the intervention.
Conclusion
Change models or frameworks are key when implementing evidence-based practice projects as they give frameworks for implementing the change initiative. In most cases, these models have various stages or phases of implementing the changes and therefore enable change implementation in distinct manageable stages. Therefore, the proposed change model that has been explored in this write up is the ARCC.
