These providers range from health insurance companies to systems with multiple facilities and specialties employing thousands of health and medical professionals to offer care. The purpose of this paper is to research Banner Health and assess its readiness to meet the healthcare needs of the public in the coming decade. The paper creates a strategic plan to address issues related to different aspects of the organization, and identifies current aspects within its organizational culture and their effects on the plan.
